The Italian Association of Agricultural and Applied Economics – AIEAA, the Manlio Rossi-Doria Centre for Economic and Social Research – CRES (Roma Tre University), and the Department of Economics, Statistics and Finance “Giovanni Anania” of the University of Calabria launch a call for application to the Giovanni Anania1 Scholarship.

The Call is open to applicants who: - are either PhD students or young scholars who obtained their own PhD degree after 1st January 2018; - have up to 35 years of age; - carry out their research activities at an Italian University on any topic related to the field of agro-food economics and policy.

The scholarship amounts to €5,000€ to help cover the expenses of a research period in an academic institution outside Italy. A minimum stay abroad of 3 months is expected, preferably in Fall term 2021/2022 and not later than Spring term 2022. Study and research activities will be supervised by a member of the faculty at the hosting institution.
